How long does ring resizing take?

Standard resizing can take up to 7-14 days from receipt of your jewelry. Shipping time is additional. Rush services may be available upon request.

Can all rings be resized?

Most rings can be resized by 1-2 US sizes, which is almost guaranteed for the majority of rings, though certain designs like eternity bands (with stones all around) may have limitations. Our team will access the ring before resizing and if it cannot be resized we will let you know.

How do I know my ring size?

The most accurate method is to visit a local jeweler for professional sizing or send a ring that is already the right fit along with the ring that requires resizing.

Is my jewelry insured during the process?

Yes, all items are fully insured while in our possession and while being returned to you via mail.

How should I ship my jewelry?

We recommend using a traceable shipping service with a signature. Package your jewelry securely in a padded envelope or small box, ideally without the original jewellery box to keep your package more flat.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major credit cards, PayPal, and bank transfers. Payment details will be provided after assessment of your jewelry.
