Resize Center offers white-label jewelry resizing, repair, and modification services for retailers and jewelry brands. Our services include:
- Ring resizing (adjustments, soldering, refinishing)
- Jewelry repairs (prong retipping, stone resetting, chain/clasp fixes)
- Stone setting (replacement, tightening, upgrades)
- Metal refinishing (polishing, rhodium plating, scratch removal)
- Custom modifications (design changes, engravings, conversions)
2. Retailer Responsibilities
- You must provide accurate customer and jewelry details when submitting service requests.
- You are responsible for ensuring proper insured shipping of jewelry to our facilities.
- You must inform customers of our turnaround times (typically 3-21 days, depending on service complexity).
- You agree to transparent pricing and will not misrepresent our services to customers.
3. Customer Responsibilities
- Customers must securely package jewelry before shipping.
- Customers must provide accurate contact information for service updates.
- Customers must review and approve repair estimates before work begins.
4. Pricing & Payments
- All pricing is wholesale-based and provided upfront before work begins.
- Payment is due upon completion of services (via credit card, PayPal, or bank transfer).
- Additional fees may apply for rush services, complex repairs, or custom modifications.
5. Shipping & Insurance
- All shipments must be insured and trackable (we recommend FedEx, UPS, or DHL).
- Resize Center is not liable for lost or damaged items during transit to our facilities.
- We fully insure jewelry while in our possession and during return shipping.
6. Quality Guarantee & Liability
- We guarantee expert craftsmanship and stand by our work with a 90-day service guarantee.
- If a customer is unsatisfied, we will rework the piece at no extra cost (excluding shipping).
- We are not liable for pre-existing damage, gemstone loss due to wear, or unauthorized modifications.
7. Turnaround Times
- Standard resizing: 3-7 business days
- Repairs: 3-21 days (depending on complexity)
- Custom work: 14-28 days
- Delays may occur due to high demand, shipping issues, or unforeseen circumstances.
8. Privacy & Data Protection
- We handle customer data in compliance with GDPR (EU) and CCPA (USA).
- Personal information is only used for service fulfillment and will not be shared without consent.
9. Termination of Services
- We reserve the right to refuse or cancel services for any reason, including fraudulent activity or misuse.
- Retailers may terminate their partnership with 30 days' written notice.
10. Governing Law & Disputes
